0.7.25 rc1 released

Release Candidate 0.7.25 rc1 is now available.

This release is full of bug fixes, and some new features. Read the e107 0.7.25 RC1 release notes.
We believe it's stable enough for most experienced users to upgrade immediately. Anyone still experiencing any 'access denied' issues should also upgrade to this version. There is a generic 0.7.25 RC1 thread in the forums. Translators of e107 should definitely upgrade immediately to this version also.
