e107.org updated to latest version

We finally got around to updating e107.org to the latest version.

We finally got around to updating e107.org to the latest version. We were running 0.616 before. We have decided to completely bypass the .617 release and went right to the current CVS version. This will be a good test for the next release.

If you find any problems with e107.org, please post them in the bugtracker and we'll get the fixed up for the 0.618 repease (hopefully that'll be out soon).

If anything is broken really badly, we apologize in advance
