It's now 100% XHTML:Strict compliant, and works almost perfectly in IE and Firefox (I haven't tested it in any other broswer). One very small problem still remains under Ff, the main content table overlaps by about 5 pixels when it's not enclosed by the left or right menus, hopefully someone with more css knowledge than me will come up with a fix for this.

I apologize to those of you having layout problems with the theme, I'll have another stab at it in the morning.
